Slip your feet into a mono-fin and learn to glide through the water like a mermaid. Mermaid tails are fun, imaginative way to get kids in the pool and enjoy swimming. Kids will improve their swimming skills, learn the basics of using a mask, and the "mermaid kick."
Swimmers much have passed Swim School or American Red Cross Level 3. Fee includes two 40-minute lessons and your very own mermaid tail to keep (a $50 value)! Registration is due two weeks before the first day.

Kids 7+ will have a splashing good time in this aquatics day camp. Includes instruction in snorkel and fin, water polo, basic lifeguarding, and other exciting aquatics activities. Please bring a lunch Monday through Thursday, and we'll celebrate a great week with a pizza party on Friday.

Bring your clean and scoured boat to work on your roll skills. This program will provide pool access to those individuals who want to keep their paddling skills sharp through the off season. For ages 15+. Younger are permitted with direct supervision by an adult.

Aquacize! Water Fitness Increase flexibility, improve cardio fitness, and tone muscles in our water aerobics classes. All fitness levels welcome, no swimming skill required. Drop-in class, no pre-registration needed. Purchase a 30-swim punch card or annual pass and save 25-55%! For ages 16+.

Enjoy a dinner date and First Friday without the kids in tow! Kids will play games and craft with our staff before they're treated to a pizza dinner. After dinner, kids head to Currents for a splashing good time! Ages 7 and up, $10 per child. Sorry, no resident discount. First Friday of the month, 5pm to 8pm at Currents.
Swim Squad - Join any time!
Introduction to competitive swimming for ages 6+
Swim Squad is a great introduction to competitive swimming. The program is designed for kids who can swim the length of the pool without stopping, and are looking for new challenges in the water.
Children will improve their swimming skills, learn turns, how to read a pace clock, and build endurance while gaining the benefit and experience of a team environment. Kids who attend at least 10 practice sessions, will earn a Swim Squad Shirt!
For youth who have completed at least 1 introductory level Stroke School course, or level 4 of The American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim Program.

Just-For-Fun Swim Meet

A fun meet for members of our Stroke School or Swim Squad. Currents Swim Meets are relaxed events where everyone is a winner! We don't track places or points; instead we celebrate every swimmer's individual times and accomplishments. $7 per participant.
