The Community Transportation Safety Plan (CTSP) is a collaborative effort to reduce fatal and incapacitating crashes within the Missoula urbanized area. The Transportation Safety Advisory Committee (TSAC) is comprised of State, County, City and non-government representatives that coordinate efforts to accomplish the strategies set forth in the Plan.
The goal of the Plan is to reduce the five-year average of fatal and incapacitating crashes by 25% from 2013 to 2018. This means a reduction from an annual average of 8 fatalities and 143 incapacitating injuries to 6 fatalities and 107 incapacitating injuries.
