Online at "Online Bill Payment System," follow the directions to access your bill. You will need a copy of your bill or your account and customer numbers. Visa/MasterCard are accepted and your payment will be processed through a third party vendor. A $2.95 transaction fee will be charged when paying online.
All direct debits will cease after June 30, 2017 even if your bill says it will be deducted after that date. We will contact customers when direct debit is available. You can also fill out a form to sign up for direct debit or reactivate direct debit for when that service becomes available.
If you use a bill pay service through your personal bank, you can continue to pay your water bill this way.

Missoula Water cannot accept payment for other utility bills. If you would like to pay your water bill in person, our office is located at 1345 W. Broadway. Walk-in hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, check, money order, or cash and there is no transaction fee when done in person. Drop boxes are available on the front of the Missoula Water building and on the 2nd floor of City Hall at the Finance window at 435 Ryman. Please include your check and stub when using any of the drop boxes.
The office is closed on federally observed holidays and weekends.
