Community Needs Assessment

Every year, a series of public meetings are held to determine the most urgent community needs. The information you provide guides how we distribute U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds for housing and community development projects to assist low- and moderate-income residents of our community. Funds may be used to expand, maintain or improve the supply of housing; offer human services; promote economic development; and construct or rehabilitate public infrastructure.

The Program Year 2019 Needs Assessment is complete. An online survey and community meeting for the Program Year 2020 Needs Assessment will be scheduled in fall 2019.
