Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
FMLA provides up to 12 weeks of either paid or unpaid, job-protected leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons, or for an employee with a family member who is on, or about to be placed on, active military duty with a qualifying exigency. Employees are entitled to 26 work weeks of unpaid leave to care for a family member injured while on active military duty. For more information, view the Employee Packet (PDF).
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Reliant Behavioral Health provides confidential assistance to employees, spouses, partners, and dependent children. It is necessary to call a toll free number, 866-750-1327, to get authorization prior to making an appointment with one of the counselors.
