Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
FMLA provides up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid job-protected leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons, or for an employee with a family member who is on, or about to be placed on, active military duty with a qualifying exigency. Employees are entitled to 26 workweeks of unpaid leave to care for a family member injured while on active military duty.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Reliant Behavioral Health provides confidential assistance to employees, spouses, partners, and dependent children. It is necessary to call a toll free number, 866-750-1327, to get authorization prior to making an appointment with one of the counselors.
