Affordable Housing Trust Fund Investment Available 

The City of Missoula’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund is now accepting applications for affordable housing projects during their first ever Innovation Funding Round. This is an opportunity to explore new ideas, develop creative solutions, and work to fill the need for more affordable housing in our community.

Applications will be accepted until Friday, September 24, 2021 at 4pm.   The Affordable Housing Resident Oversight Committee allocated $300,000 to invest in affordable housing projects in the City of Missoula during this Innovation Round. Additional funds will be available and allocated from the fund at a later date. 

A funding workshop will be hosted on Wednesday, August 25 from 6-7:30pm on Zoom.  Join the workshop to learn more about eligible project types, trust fund policies and the application process.  The workshop will be recorded and posted on YouTube for those unable to attend live.
