Good afternoon all,

The Northside/Westside Neighborhood Council is proud to collaborate with North Missoula Community Development Corporation (NMCDC) to host our first General Neighborhood Meeting since before the pandemic tomorrow night, Tuesday, October 25^th at 5:30 pm at Burns Street Bistro (1500 Burns St.). Come join your neighbors for a free dinner and social hour, featuring food from Missoula Big Thai Country, followed by a community conversation about the future of our neighborhoods at 6:00pm. Childcare will also be provided.
 
So, what's a Neighborhood Council General Meeting? The Neighborhood Council's role is to support the neighborhood and facilitate resident engagement with local government. General Meetings are an occasion for neighbors to connect socially and address topics of shared interest/concern. This year, we will hear from NMCDC about their neighborhood survey, which will inform planning for our community, and spend some time in small group discussions. Your City council representatives and staff members from Parks & Rec and Public Works & Mobility will be present to hear your ideas and concerns. Finally, we will nominate and elect members to the NS/WS Council Leadership Team (please consider serving!).
