Does the neighborhood include County residents in the area?
Not officially - Neighborhood Councils are officially for City residents only. However, we encourage people who live in our area to attend our meetings and work with us. When items come up for a vote, only votes from City residents officially "count", but we do consider County residents' votes and report them separately to the County Commissioners.
