Notice is hereby given that the City of Missoula (City) is requesting bids to demolish existing stage access, construct a new ADA-accessible ramp to the stage, and complete select electrical improvements at the Bonner Bandshell with an added alternative for new roofing (Add Alt. #1 Cedar Shake shingles, #2 asphalt shingles (Gaf Timberline HDZ) in Bonner Park located at 1600 Ronald Avenue, Missoula, MT 59801 as outlined in this request.
Work generally includes select demolition & removal, concrete work for stairs, sidewalk, and an ADA ramp; electrical improvements and roofing as a bid alt. Scope of work includes site restoration and irrigation.
Bids will be received until 3:30 p.m., local time, on Thursday, August 4, 2022. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud digitally from the City of Missoula Clerk and Recorders Office, via Teams Meeting. A link to the TEAMS Meeting will be sent to all Quest CDN plan holders.
The City will only accept online electronic bids through QuestCDN www.questcdn.com. Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN. Electronic plan download and electronic bidding can be completed through QuestCDN for a fee.
Prospective bidders will need the seven-digit QuestCDN project number (8242229) to locate the job on the QuestCDN website search page.
There will be an optional on-site Pre-Bid Conference for interested bidders at 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. This meeting will be held in person at Bonner Park 1600 Ronald Avenue, Missoula, MT 59801 meeting at the Bonner Bandshell at the intersection of Ronald Avenue and Beverly Avenue.
