Collective Bargaining Agreements
The City of Missoula administers Collective Bargaining Agreements with the following labor unions and employee associations:
- International Association of Firefighters Local 271
Current contract is effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2012
- Montana Public Employees Association (MPEA): Missoula Parking Commission Employees
Current contract is effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010
- Montana Public Employees Association (MPEA): Park and Recreation Department Employees
Current contract is effective July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2011
- Teamsters Union Local 2: Park and Recreation Department Employees
Current contract is effective July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2011
- Teamsters Union Local 2, Operators Union Local 400, Machinists Union Local 88: Street Division, Traffic Services, and Vehicle Maintenance Employees
Current contract is effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2012
- International Union of Operating Engineers: Wastewater Division Employees
Current contract is effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2012
- Montana Public Employees Association (MPEA): Wastewater Division Lab Technicians
Current contract is effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2012
