How do I Pay a Ticket / Fine?
Overview
If you have a Parking ticket, please visit the
Missoula Parking Commission. Fines are due in full on the day of sentencing. We accept cash, check, money orders, cashier's checks, Mastercard, and Visa.
Payment Options
If you cannot pay in full, there are payment options available. If you are using a payment option there is an additional $5 fee. Minimum payments are $25 per month for a citation. If you were ordered to pay restitution to a victim, you are required to make a $50 minimum monthly payment.
- Payments must be received on or before the due date.
- Please call 406-552-6170 to verify if your citation can be paid without a court appearance.
- Traffic Citations - Enclose the yellow copy of the citation and payment and mail it to:

- We accept credit card payments over the phone at 406-552-6170 (press option "0"). We can only process Visa and Mastercard.
Delinquent Accounts
If you do not pay your fine according to your payment schedule, your account will be turned over to collections.
