Allows: Four cremations per grave
Placement: Two cremations in front of and two cremations in back of stone
Additional costs: Per person: Opening and closing the grave and polyvault

Requires tablet style set on strip foundation
Hearth: 48" long x up to 15" (maximum) width
Style: Tablet style monument required
Inscriptions: Front and back of monument
Additional costs:
 Monument setting fees apply
Note: Monument permit fee is waived.
Flowers:
 Vases installed on hearth
