Fillable Forms: Permits & Licensing

Conducting business just got easier...

Fillable forms are PDFs that are available in electronic format, allowing the applicant to fill in the required fields directly from their computer or phone. Only the fields required at the time of submission are available to be filled in electronically. Additional information will be collected at processing.

**Please note that some browsers like Firefox may not support the fillable format - and that you may need to download a free Adobe App to facilitate using your phone to complete fillable forms (Adobe app instructions found here).**

Required fees can be submitted via mail or over the phone, Mon-Fri between 8 am and 2 pm.

If a licensed, general contractor is performing the work, the permit needs to be submitted via ACA All new construction must be submitted using the ACA portal at https://aca-prod.accela.com/missoula Please contact the Building Official for training assistance with ACA or to request an exception for the submission of small, homeowner built projects that can be submitted on 4 pages of 11x17 or less and are not new construction.
