Development Services will continue to process permits and business licenses & to accept plans and payment. We strongly encourage email and electronic submissions, but will continue to process mail and drop box deliveries daily. Please be patient with us - call volumes are high. We will return your messages and emails and want to know how we can serve you better.

DROP OFF hardcopy permit and application forms, payments and plans at a public drop box located inside the Ryman St. entrance of City Hall daily, Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm

Contractors can continue to utilize the ACA for submission and payment of simple permits (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) https://ebiz.ci.missoula.mt.us/citizenaccess/
Electronic Document Review [EDR] is required for Commercial Building applications and is strongly encouraged for Residential Building applications.
