Message from the Missoula Neighborhoods:  

Hello!  My name is Jessie Tuberty and I am a member of the Missoula Bike/Pedestrian Board.  We have been tasked with coordinating a bike month calendar and encouraging bike month activities in Missoula for May 2021.  Some ideas for neighborhood councils would be self-guided rides to showcase the neighborhood greenways or other features, or you could schedule a Slow Roll for the neighborhood.  Slow Rolls are the opposite of a race and are a chance to build community and  meander slowly through a neighborhood on anything non-motorized with wheels.   In addition, May 5th is Bike to School Day, May 17-23 is Bike to Work week, and Bike to Work Day is Friday May 21.   

Thank you for helping us get the word out! Please let me know if there are events that I may add to our community calendar for you before  April 1st.   Partners like you make Missoula one of the best bicycling towns in the country.
