Join the Community Development Division for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Innovation Funding Round Workshop on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 6-7:30pm to hear about the process and timeline of applying for funding from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund through the Innovation Funding Round.

The Innovation Funding Round is an off-cycle funding round activated to respond to community need for housing solutions now and distribute funds to projects that are ready to begin or are in process.  The Innovation Funding Round was approved by the Affordable Housing Resident Oversight Committee on August 11, 2021. 

The Innovation Funding Round will open on Monday, August 23^rd and close on Friday, September 24^th.  $300,000 will be available for awards to invest in affordable housing projects in the City of Missoula.
