Please Submit Public Comment on Program Year 2020 CAPER
The City of Missoula receives grant funds annually from the Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Each year, the City of Missoula awards approximately $500,000 in CDBG funds to housing and community development projects that support low-income residents and approximately $300,000 in HOME funds to housing projects that assist low- to moderate-income Missoulians secure safe and affordable homes.
The preparation of a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for each Program Year is one of the obligations the City must fulfill as an entitlement city/participating jurisdiction in these federal programs.
We are asking for your feedback for our recently-concluded Program Year 2020 CAPER. Please review our report and offer your thoughts and feedback on the annual outcomes.
