Dear Northside and Westside Neighbors,

This is a friendly reminder about the upcoming Northside Parks design workshop:

• Date: Saturday, September 28
• Time: 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Location: Lowell Elementary

Parks and Recreation and the Office of Neighborhoods invite you to join us for this important community event. We'll be working together to develop concepts for:

• A new 5.4-acre park at Scott and Rodgers
• Enhancements to the existing Northside Park and Annex (including the ballfield and community garden)
• The new park will serve the growing Northside/Westside neighborhoods and replace White Pine Park.

What to expect:

• Collaborative design process
• Light lunch provided
• Childcare available
• Information on land acquisition for the new park
• Timeline and process for Northside Park and Annex improvements

Please feel free to bring along friends, family, and neighbors. We look forward to working with you to create welcoming parks that meet our community's needs.
