Second Community Survey for the North MRL Triangle Now Live

The Missoula Redevelopment Agency (MRA) and the City of Missoula are in the process of creating a redevelopment plan for the North MRL Triangle, the 8-acre City-owned property north of MRL Park. The survey corresponding with the second phase is now live. 

This survey is designed to gather public input on redevelopment scenarios and guidelines for the North MRL Triangle site. The next phase will center on a preferred site concept, with input opportunities coming in August 2025. Developer identification, detailed site design, and construction will follow the completion of this redevelopment planning process.
