Come to the Workshop, Take the Survey
The City of Missoula Redevelopment Agency, in partnership with consulting firm GGLO, will present a redevelopment concept for the 8-acre City-owned property known as the North MRL Triangle at a public workshop on Tuesday, Sept. 16, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Stockman Bank, 3615 Brooks Street. Housing has emerged as the top community priority for the site, based on two previous rounds of public engagement. Preferences for density, building types and overall site composition will inform this concept as well, building on the adopted Midtown Master Plan. “We will have a visual of trail and park connectivity options as well as housing types that could fit within the site,” said Michael Hicks, redevelopment project manager with the Missoula Redevelopment Agency. “However, the concept is not a shovel-ready site plan. After this redevelopment planning process ends, the next goal will be to find a private partner to develop the site.” Per City Council Resolution #8729, the Missoula Redevelopment Agency has worked with the consultant firm GGLO to conduct a public engagement and redevelopment planning process. The community is invited to review the final phase concept and share feedback at the third public workshop, which will be held in an open-house format. Tuesday, September 16, 2025 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Stockman Bank, 3615 Brooks Street.
