Parks and Recreation News Sculpture Missoula to Unveil New Public Sculptures in Silver Park Sept. 11Sculpture Missoula is proud to announce the grand unveiling of its new Sculpture Installations in Silver Park in Missoula on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. This exciting new public art space will debut with five sculptures created by artists from Montana and across the United States. The public is invited to attend the free unveiling event, which will include brief remarks, artist introductions, refreshments, and a first look at the sculptures. The Sculpture Park represents a bold new chapter in Missoula’s creative landscape—offering residents and visitors an accessible, free, and permanent destination to experience contemporary sculpture in an outdoor setting. This is a public/private partnership with the City of Missoula through its Parks and Recreation Department, who by providing the space, has increased access to art in a public park at no additional cost to the taxpayer. Funding for acquiring, installing, and maintaining the sculptures is provided by Sculpture Missoula through private donations and grants. Learn more.
