Good afternoon,

The week of July 11 through July 18, drivers can continue to expect a detour on Mullan Road in preparation for the Mary Jane Boulevard and Mullan roundabout. Crews are currently completing utility work in this area.
 
Crews will be present in the area Monday through Saturday for the duration of construction.
 
Kiewit and consultants will also be working at the north end of Mary Jane Boulevard near Flynn Lane and Veterans Way. This will soon be paved in preparation for a connection from Flynn Lane through to Broadway.
 
Please anticipate a few minutes of delay when traveling through work zones. Watch for signs, other drivers, equipment, and crews.

Missoula County, the City of Missoula, and contractors have partnered with Kiewit Construction to complete the Mullan BUILD project, which is anticipated to be substantially completed by the end of 2022. The work includes infrastructure and roadway construction of Mary Jane Boulevard South, Mary Jane Boulevard North, England Boulevard, George Elmer Drive, and two roundabout intersections along Mullan Road (Mullan/George Elmer Drive and Mullan/Mary Jane Boulevard).
