Property owners are responsible for the maintenance of the sidewalks adjacent to their property. This includes removing snow, ice, and debris by 9:00 AM following a snowfall event. In addition to snow removal, owners are responsible for repair or replacement of hazardous/deteriorated sidewalk in front of and adjacent to their property.
